What data we collect

The data you enter in the contact form: name, company or organization, email, phone (optional), reason for contact, asset type and approximate location (optional) and the content of your message.

In addition, when you submit the form your IP address is recorded; we use it only to prevent abuse and automated submissions.

What we use it for

To answer your inquiry, evaluate the proposal you submit and maintain the related communication. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Confidentiality and access

We handle information confidentially. Only staff who need it to handle your inquiry, and the technical providers of the site’s email and hosting service, have access to it.

Third-party services

This site loads typefaces from Google Fonts and the contact page embeds a Google Maps map. When loading them, Google may receive technical data from your browser, such as your IP address.

Links to external sites (for example, public entities in Panama) are governed by their own policies.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any resulting relationship, or for the period required by law.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, in accordance with applicable regulations. To exercise these rights, write to us through the contact form stating your request.
